Who We Are

What We Collect — and Why
Contact form. When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you type. It's delivered to our inbox by email so we can reply to you. We don't store it in any database, add you to a mailing list, or use it for anything besides answering you.
Orders and payments. Purchases are completed on Square's secure checkout. Square collects your payment details and shares with us only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. We never see or store your card number. Square's own practices are described in the Square privacy policy. We may email you about your order — a confirmation, a shipping note, or a follow-up to make sure you're happy.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages visited, general location, and device type. This involves cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works fine without them.
What We Never Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for. We do not share your details with anyone except the service providers named above (Square for payments, Google for analytics, our email and hosting providers for delivery) — and only as needed to run the store.
How Long We Keep Things
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Contact form messages live in our email inbox and are kept only as long as useful for helping you. Reviews you give us permission to publish stay on the site until you ask us to remove them.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email admin@palestinebracelet.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), those rights apply and we'll honor them.
Children's Privacy
Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the “last updated” date below. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly — no silent rewrites.
