If your bracelet doesn't meet your expectations — for any reason at all — you are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You have a full 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return and refund.

How to Start a Return
Just reach out — that's it. Email us at admin@palestinebracelet.com or use our contact form, and include your name and order details. We'll reply with simple return instructions and arrange everything with you personally. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost of sending your bracelet back. There are no forms to hunt down, no restocking fees, and no hoops to jump through.
Your Refund
Once your return is arranged and the bracelet makes its way back to us, we'll issue a full refund of your purchase price to your original payment method. Payments are processed securely through Square, and refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of being issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your bracelet arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you — whether that's a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
