1. Who We Are

This website, palestinebracelet.com, is operated by Ataell Giving LLC, doing business as Palestine Bracelet, located at 3016 Polar Lane, Bldg 2 Suite 206, Cedar Park, TX 78613. 2. Our Products

Every bracelet is handmade, bead by bead. That's the point — and it means small variations in beads, charms, and finish are natural and part of each piece's character, not defects. Product photos are faithful representations, but your bracelet may differ slightly from the image. Sizing information is listed on each product page, and custom sizes can be requested at checkout.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Square; when you click a buy button you complete your purchase on Square's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed, and you'll receive a confirmation email from our payment processor.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States at a flat rate of $4.65 per item, and orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if your bracelet doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange your return and refund. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Our Mission

Profits from our bracelet sales are donated to the Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS), a grassroots healthcare organization serving Palestinian communities since 1979. Purchases from this site are not tax-deductible donations; they are retail purchases whose profits we choose to give.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — our designs, photographs, product descriptions, and writing — belongs to Ataell Giving LLC. You're welcome to share it in the spirit it was made; please don't reproduce it commercially without asking us first.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided in good faith and “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ataell Giving LLC's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies. Meaningful changes take effect when posted and apply to purchases made after that date.

10. Governing Law
